Parking Space

Bit tricky on the parking space. You don’t own the parking space & developer has the right to relocate it Not sure how it can affect the resale price !! And not sure if it can be given later to someone else where you’ll find strange car at your door step. Is that common in new homes??

Parking is unallocated in lots of developments. If you don't have a driveway then it's either allocated or a free for all.
In ours it's a free for all. Due to the design of the development less than half the units can park outside their front doors. It's not the problem you think it might be.

The developers rights would usually pass to the management company when the development is handed over.
