Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Leap Auto Topup and N26 Bank

    Has anyone successfully set up Leap auto topup using an N26 bank account? When I look at the small transaction they use to confirm your bank account, in my list of transactions, the reference number (LEAP XXXXX) isn’t displaying. I contacted N26 customer support and they told me this reference number wasn’t included, and I’d need to go back to Leap and ask them about it. I don’t think this is too likely, since it’s an automated process and it wasn’t an issue for me with a previous bank account. Any suggestions?

    I had the same issue a few years ago with PTSB, had to ring them to get the ref number because it wasn't showing on screen - apparently it is in the extended details part - description / narrative field.

    BoI did something similar I think, on the online banking there was a drop down arrow which opened the extra details bit where the ref number was. I think it didn't even show up at first, had to wait until next day before you could see the extra info part.

    Thanks. I tried that and N26 told me it wasn’t there. I contacted them reasonably soon after the transaction was made. I might try again and wait a few days this time.
