Anybody know if I can change my pension from being paid into my bank account to collecting it at the post office? I did the reverse 2 years ago but want to go back to collecting it at my local post office. Thanks

You can change as often as you like. Just tell the department and give them your new details- the local post office you want to collect your payment from in the future.

They just need your request in writing including the PO you want and your signature at the bottom.
