    Exeter

Had a look at the three handicaps at this meet, and the pen landed on these few..

2.40 MANVERS HOUSE 15/2 PP , BORN IN BORRIS 10/1 PP , TRUMP LADY 28/1 Lads , 25/1 PP/Boyles... might be different place terms in shops, so worth checking if any are going 4 or more places.. Internet says PP and Boyles going 5 places a fifth , and Ladbrokes 4 places a quarter... May not be the case in shops however..

3.10 OLLY'S FOLLY 16/1 gen . The ground is a worry/concern, but worth a go as the top three in betting (nos 2,3 and 4 on racecard) aint screaming out to be backed imo..

    3.40 SHINTORI 14s Lads 12/1 Boyles/PP , ERICAS LAD 18s PP/Boyles/Lads... #Might be different place terms here as well

Might be worth a € ew or €2.50 ew max on all of these. These the only races I looked at/will look at, and will do me for an interest anyhow if I go down the shop 😃..

#bloody Ladcrooks - wish they'd kept up their oddschecker boycott.. 😤

    Gluck 😊

I'm on Flying Instructor in 5:30 Southwell - we was in the pack of first 4 last time well ahead of the rest, step up in trip shouldn't be a problem.

PP is paying 4 places in 7:20 and 7:50 races, so I'm gonna look at those now.

I like the look of the favorite in the first in Southwell too, he might have another one in him, short odds though, only 2/1.

Bert does it in the first yipee.

Why is Allarmista 20/1 in 7:20? went really close at this distance before, was quite fancied on all her starts, M Johnson sends this only one to run here tonight, Joe's only ride too. I find it very interesting.

Did you have a nibble on Trump Lady? Got in at 40/1, that's jammy!

Allarmista looks to have live claims alright, going on that Newcastle (similar surfaces nowadays Newcastle and Southwell) 2nd two runs back over today's trip.. would imagine she should be a lot shorter,.., tricky race by looks of it, but don't be afraid to back her on account of her price 'looks' too big.. that only leads to 'missing out on a winner depression' ... At 20-25/1 no one's getting poor backing at them prices 😂

    jammy 😁 😂

Lets just say I'm glad I 'left the house' 😁

No, I won't be backing Allarmista today but I'll be watching that race with great interest. Coast is another one of my interest in the same race, she was fancied in her novice races but hasn't showed much in hdcs yet, her mark is slipping down though and she might strike soon.

Very tricky race that, I haven't really given it much of a look, but those two (Coast and Allarmista) are ~12 and 25 to one !!.. I'd be disappointed if I left them go unbacked, and one obliged.. 😋

Still, ya can always come on here and cry about it afterwards 😁 ..... there's also the stoic/philosophical approach too...

If I was having a bet, I see the fav/joint fav Top Notch Tommy has been well backed, so I'd prolly have a small win bet on him.

Damn! Sure, you can't win them all.

That's the right attitude 😊 ! Chin up, shrug it off, and 'there's always tomorrow' !

Ya got 2 right good winners though, so props for that J.

What's 40/1 (divided by two ) J further divided by five , and subtracted by one , then multiplied by two, plus one to the total sum so far , and all that amount then divided by two?

Hmm, I don't know.... Let me think; is it an awfully convoluted way of saying the return, from the total steak, of the place part of a forty to one winner, is 7/2 , and that the return is equivalent to a 7/2 winner ???

I don't know, and the advice would be to 'Tell'em Nowt' 😊 and it's 'stake' , not 'steak' ya degenerate 😃

    Am saying nowt 😀

Best of luck for your upcoming picks joutis😊 Tomorrow looks promising and there's one I like at Southwell so will put him up in a bit in 2moro's thread 😊
