Was hoping I wouldn't have to set this up this year :)

Anyway, after 6 months out of the pool, I started back into it this week. Dont expect the sea swimming to get near last years levels, but good to track it none the less

Baz are you ready for the time trial next weekend(I think)

Yeah, it's on next Saturday at 2. Have 95 minutes to complete 4km. Averaging about 9km a week at the moment, so distance won't be an issue. Only problem could be the conditions. Did 4km on 75 minutes recently, so as long as nothing crazy happens, I'd expect to get through it easily enough

Haven't had a calm swim in Salthill in about a month though. This morning was one of the roughest. Hope that doesn't hinder me. Most of my training has been limited to the pool unfortunately

Would be a great help if they had the buoys out in Salthill already. Any idea what the delay is this year?
