Dealers unable to register 221 plug-in hybrids?

I am waiting for the registration of a new 221 plugin hybrid that is waiting already in the dealer's car park but apparently, there is some issue/glitch in the Revenues system preventing the dealers from registering the new plugin hybrids. Does anyone else have the same issues as me? It's starting to be a bit frustrating as there is no date for the issue to resolve...

The VRT rate changed on them this month, perhaps that is yet to be updated on the system.

I purchased a 221 hybrid on Jan 4 ,no issue registering

I'm being told that they have an issue with registering of all new phev's and that they don't know when this will be resolved. Could be fixed today or in a couple of days with no specific date. It's a bit flustrating as I was meant to collect a car last week and as of today still no fix to the problem.

I would say it is to do with the axing of the €2500 VRT relief for these vehicles. Cars registered since January aren't supposed to get it any more but existing orders were not supposed to be affected even if registered this year.
