Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Phone Watch alarm going off at the same time everyday

We recently bought a house that had a wired phone watch alarm. The alarm was fine up until a few months ago that started going off twice a day, with the alarm disarmed, at the same time every day. I rang Phone Watch and they fixed it. Now it is happening again, and when I ring phone watch they say they cannot give me any engineer codes as we don't have a contract with them. (we never took on the monitoring service of the alarm) Any help would be much appreciated !!

What model of system have you and what error is showing when the fault occurs.?

If you are not the original owner of the system they wont give you the engineer code, even with a waiver form.

If its wired then you may have a faulty device or devices on the system.

After the alarm activation it should tell you what the activation was when you disarm the system.

Any installation company should be able to fix this for you.
