Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Replace HKC keypad with Touchscreen version.

    Hi,

    I have the 10270 panel installed two years ago. I have the engineers code. I’ve picked up a new wired HKC touchscreen keypad. Can someone help me switch this over? Is there much to it? Do I just enter engineers code and do a straight swap or is there programming involved.
