End of year statement query, phone number for revenue?

Hi, my job finished in August so have been on social welfare since. I am due a good enough amount back in tax for 2021.

When I went onto review the totals for 2021, the total amount revenue have for my employer is €500 higher than what I earned for the year (payslips). I logged a query on Sunday on ROS online as I want to get it corrected before I put through my P21 and medical expenses.

There seems to be no number now to actually ring anyone, be far easier to sort with a 2 min phonecall. Surely if staff are working from home a 5 day turnaround should be shorter. Anyone else in same boat as it seems to be a black hole.

Personally, at this time of year so many people are logging on that I feel 5 days is a pretty good turnaround time and I'd rather that than waiting in a queue on the phone lines for anywhere between 5 minutes and an hour.

You should be able to see the individual transactions that make up your employment income on MyAccount and compare it to your own payslips (and bank statement to make sure you have all the payslips, while also checking on payslips from the pay period to make sure you have all of them) and find where the difference is.

This is the no I was using. All it is now is just the usual voicemail with a load of msgs telling you you can do everything on my account! Very helpful they are!

This is what I've trying to do. Can you tell me what sub menu etc to go into cuz I really cant see the ROS breakdown within the year anywhere. thanks.

Click on relevant year. Then click on employment details summary. Then “View”. Then view job/pension details.
