Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Enhanced IB Waiting Times

    Hi lads, just wondering if anyone here has any experience of how long from application to payment with regards the enhanced IB? Herself applied online and sent in an E Cert through her GP three weeks ago and her application still states "under review". Thanks.

    I’d imagine that there’s that many SW staff self isolating/out sick right now that the normal Christmas backlog (of which your OH is now lumped in) is not going to be cleared anytime soon. The department have listed all the local branch offices that have had to close altogether and it’s not a pretty sight. It’ll come eventually but the reality is that for the next few weeks public services are going to be pretty tight.

    I applied online on 30th, positive PCR test on the 29th. I uploaded a screenshot of the text with my application and it was awarded on the 31st. Was v surprised at the fast turnaround.

    Might be worthwhile chasing it up in case they are waiting on more information or something.

    I did exactly what I was told. I uploaded my text from hse and my claim was closed for some reason 🙃
