105 11 speed front derailleur question

I bought a 11 speed 105 front derailleur the other day. It is ticked M on the front of the shimano box. Will it be OK to work for 53/39 chain rings? Thanks

i think that refers to the size of the tube the clamp is designed to clamp onto; the capacity in terms of chainring size is not affected.
