Home Phone - transfer to new provider

    My folks who are elderly need to cut costs and have been with Imagine for the longest time and their monthly bills are out of control. We're looking move them to a provider that offered unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles but don't need any broadband. Eir have a 49.99 p/m contract that would save them a considerable amount of money if there were no surprise fees along the way. It increases after a year and they're fine with that so long as they know what their monthly bill is going to be

    Anyone have any experience with EIR's customer service and reliability of service?
