Neighbour is complaining about noise

My neighbour has called a couple of times to complain about noise coming from my house in the evening (after 7) that's waking her child. The thing is we are not making much noise at all that would be considered unreasonable - talking amongst ourselves, TV and music at a normal to low volume, Skype and zoom calls to friends…

It was 10 years ago and we had builders in anyway so they did it. Think it was around €300 per room for the board, the labour was probably just added in to the rest. We also didn't go for the better one cos we couldnt afford it, but what we got did the job. Have discussed doing the downstairs rooms too as I know every time I call my gang for dinner that they hear it next door.
