Hi I just have a query regarding your 6 year warranty on TV’s. If I decide to sell my tv on privately is the warranty transferable to the new owner.

    Hi Zathrus.

    Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately the 6 year guarantee is non transferable if you sell the TV/product on.

The agreement on the guarantee would be between you and ourselves and we can not be moved on to a 3rd party.

The new owner would have what is left on any manufacturers warranty. If the TV is over one year old then it would not be covered by a warranty at all for the new owner.
