Bathroom Switch Wiring

I'd like to replace my 2-gang bathroom light switch with a 1-gang capacitive touch switch. The left switch in the photo controls the lights in the bathroom. It looks like the other switch is a 2 way switch. Perhaps for the landing lights
it’s wired with the wrong coloured cable though. It shouldn’t be blue
