Shoes for boggy hill/fell running

Hi. I've used a few different shoes for hill running. I run out west and it's a mixture of side roads, boggy stuff, then heather and rock (and more bog) as you go higher.

I'm new to this - really only started a year ago. In the dryer conditions I loved my Merrell Vapor Gloves as it felt like being barefoot (summer was just wonderful in them). Tried a pair of Nike Pegasus Trail also, but I've found I don't "trust" them as much going downhill.

What do folks recommend I try for running through boggy slop, climbing some rocks, then down again? Walshes? Innov8? Are the Merrell Skyfire any use?

    Thanks, from a rookie.
