If it takes 1lt of milk to make 150g of yogurt...how can lidl sell clonakilty yogurt for 29?

Google suggests you get far more than 150g of yogurt from 1l of milk - so maybe that's your answer?
(I dont know the yogurt process, so cant say for sure either way)

I thought 1 liter of milk produces 1 liter of yogurt or close enough to it. Just going back from my calf rearing days when I used to make yogurt for the calves, but I wasn't removing the whey from it as it was mixed up before being fed
