Microwave turntable keeps displacing, replace the rotating wheel?

By rotating-wheel I mean, there's a turning mechanism in the very center, a glass plate on top, and then to facilitate the glass plate turning there's a ring with small wheels along it's diameter to keep the plate balanced.

Well the ring with wheels has a mind of its own, doesn't have a fixed track to follow so veers all over, ultimately displacing the glass plate and causing anything standing on it to spill etc.

    The model is powerpoint.

The unit was basically here in a new rented place I moved into.

    Suggestions/solutions?

Is the ring upside down ?

The glass plate needs to be centered on top of the ring, if it’s not, it will wobble off after a few turns. You should be able to feel it click into place. Or, could it be the the plate is wrong ? It should have a groove that the wheel sits into.

As above. Also; Check to ensure the little wheels on the ring are turning very freely. Least bit of rust or whatever can cause them to stick and drag. That can cause entertainment too.
