To get my name on vrc/logbook

Previous owner has failed repeatedly on transferring my name to logbook excuse after excuse.

I checked logbook chassis number everything was fine signed the lot but now I have a question if he cannot change over my name to logbook how do I go about it myself before I pay him a visit and get in alot of trouble myself,thank you

And this is exactly why when buying a car you both sign and post the form off together before driving away in the car.

Anytime I have sold a bike I actually backdate it to a day before the sale actually took place in case they get caught speeding driving home.

Don’t go through any speed cameras as the owner can just back date the change of ownership whenever they decide to do it.

You can, don't sell or buy a car unless you can do it and that's it.

Another tip of the day, get the person to lodge the cash into the ATM while you are beside them to verify the cash is legit.
