    Hi, I am looking to start a frozen food business. The plan is to prepare a food item myself in a facility (thinking to hire a place and set up all requirements myself), store it and deliver as frozen food.

    I would really appreciate if you could provide detailed requirements to start such a business.

    1. Which licenses do I need to get?
    2. Any special regulatory requirement for frozen food business?
    3. What are the things to keep in mind for starting a frozen food business?
    4. Any organization or institution that I can contact that would provide comprehensive information and possibly offer mentorship to get started?

    Any other thoughts or advice?
