Feedback on Newbridge developments

Hi all,

I have shortlisted two developments to buy my first house in newbridge.

1. Kilbelin abbey 2. Station walk.

Is there anyone living in these estates?

just wondering if people can give feed back in general good or bad? What are the positives and negatives?

Kilbelin Abbey by a margin unless you use the train

1 - The new ring road will go nearby.

2 - Very quick access to the Curragh and onwards to M7 jct 12

3 - More mature area, so no big concentration of one age group.

4 - Quick access to the town centre

However if you are likely to use the train, Station Walk would probably be the winner, but its all quite recent housing in that area and traffic can be quite difficult at times and no current plans for improved routes.

Apologies for only replying now. I am from Roseberry Hill ( next to SW ). I only noticed this morning there are some houses occupied in SW.

viewed station walk yesterday, the show house was very nice, the area look too far for me to anywhere :(

Considering the location which one is better?

Kilbelin abbey is closer to cemetery, will that has any disadvantages?
