    Hi,

    Just a quick question on the commission structure and payments.

    For example, if a company offers commission structure along the lines of: 7.5% @ 1st 100K, 10% @ next 50k, 12.5% @ next 50k, etc etc (climb of 2.5% every 50k up to 40%) .......

    Does this structure restart at the beginning of every year, or do you get to a stage where you max out @ 40% commission and continue at this rate.

    Any info appreciated.
