Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Our architect has recommended we get change of use planning for our 3 existing Airbnb cottages, and two more that we are about to develop, to be classed as "Holiday Accommodation". I don't understand that means, exactly. Is there a cap on how many nights we would be allowed let out Holiday Accommodation per year? Can I let it out in longer blocks than 14 days (our current restriction). Is there special commercial rates I have to pay? etc etc. If someone could point me to where I could get info on the above I would much appreciate it.

    Thanks

    Tom
