FAAC 884 not running.

    Good day. I've got a FAAC884 motor that does not move my gate. You can hear the motor running when jou press the remote but the pinion gear does not move. It feels as if the motor are on manual release but its engaged. I can also push the gate open with my hand. I did adjust the clutch to see if it's the clutch thas slipping. Any idea that can help me? Regards
