Bank Statement - Mortgage Saver account

    Hello ,


    I requested a bank statement last week by phone and have received nothing , I have subsequently rang again and after being on hold for over 15 mins the call just hung up !!


    Please advise easiest way to get m statement

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Bank statements can take 7-10 working days to be received. If you can view your account through 365 Online, please log into the app, select services and then send us a message option. One of my colleagues can check your request.

    Alternatively please call our customer service team on 0818365365. My colleagues are experiencing high call volumes at the moment. Rest assured, they will be happy to help once they are available.
