Alarm goes off during a power cut

My GSD i70 goes off during a power cut and I have no way to stop it. Reading online suggests a new backup battery is needed but I cannot find one of these anywhere. Do I really need to go via an installer for such an easy job ?

They only deal with Installers but like anything, you can ring and ask.
