    Hi guys,

    Shauna here, new to limerick, originally from Galway, living in Asia for 5 years! Qualified personal Trainer and amateur MMA fighter.

    Worked in asia as a personal trainer going to peoples homes, gyms or parks doing outdoor personal training sessions using some light weights, resistance bands, boxing and kickboxing padwork!
