Using Tesco Clubcard in the North - A quick guide!

The Clubcard from the ROI will not work when shopping in the north.

The way around this is to sign up on Tesco.com with any address in the north.

They will email you the Clubcard number (not the barcode)

When you arrive at Tesco, go to the scan as you shop guns and on the screen, there is a "my card wont scan" option

Input the code to your email and get all the club card only deals. (there is far more of them up north than down south)

Huge savings to be made.

Cheers, Also seen on here before there is an APP called stocard which you can create a card for scanning by inputting your barcode. Works for alot of cards.

On the flip side does anyone know of a way of installing the tesco.com app on an android (nice to get the benefits of any vouchers)alongside the irish version of the app

It wont let you unless you change your region to the UK, and if you do that you cant change back for 12 months, i looked into it!

Also if anyone has a legit card they want to add points to I have no problem using that card if you want to share it and take the points.

You could just create an additional Google account, set it to the UK, and add it to your phone. Switch to that account in the Play Store and you can then downland the Tesco (UK) Clubcard app.

Am more than happy to PM a screenshot of my UK Clubcard QR code (and bag the points!) to anyone who'd like it.

I put my Tesco UK Clubcard number in to Stocard app today and it worked fine in Tesco in Newry.

you can also add the clubcard number to Google Pay to get a QR code that you can scan.
