Replacement Extractor Fan wiring

I was hoping I could just swap out a broken extractor fan myself but I'm unsure now as the wiring seems different, the 1st pic is of the current fan and the second is my replacement which seems to be missing the 3rd connector. My fan is wired to its own switch (its operates separately from the lights) and has its own isolator switch.

How should I wire the replacement? Or is this beyond me and I need an electrician. Or did I get the wrong fan?

    Thanks,
