How are richer sounds to buy from? Would I be better off buying local from Harvey Norman or Curry's for the sake of saving €20 and just collecting in store? If there are any issues with the tv from richer sounds will I have to go all the way to Belfast?

I bought a tv of them last year - screen was faulty when it arrived. Contacted Richer Sounds customer service, they sent a replacement straight away, I had it the next day. Had to hold the faulty one for a while as it was early lockdown and couriers were not doing pick-ups. Would definitely buy from them again.

Richersound offer a free 6 year warranty on their products so you'd want to factor this in when comparing to the likes of Harvey norman

Richer Sounds are amazing. Vastly superior to Curry's or Harvey Norman IMO.

I've being buying high end TV's and AV equipment for over 15 years and never had anything but perfect customer service.

I bought an LG OLED and fancy Dolby Atmos soundbar system last year and no issues with delivery or Brexit.

They have a Talk to... forum here on boards and the owner of the Belfast branch posts frequently there. Despite being up North, I consider them much more like a local family owned business, then the likes of Curry's, etc.

BTW if you buy a big screen TV, you will want it delivered regardless, most are too big to fit in a car.

Cant recommend them enough, had a problem with an OLED I bought from them in 2019 earlier this year and they came out and replaced the panel on the TV
