Hi there can I check if anyone else has had this problem with UPS. I was to receive a delivery. Waiting in all day as they couldn’t give me a delivery time. Anyway eventually I got a delivery notification which said I’d signed for the delivery - wierd as I was sitting on my sofa at the time it was signed for! I went outside thinking the driver had left it outside the front door or at a neighbours. No sign of it! The order required a signature as it contained bottles of wine. Any advice? Thanks

Contact UPS is all you can do. And if no progress with them, then complain to the company that dispatched the parcel.
