Is auto top up borked on Leap cards?

    I tried in vain a few weeks ago to set up auto top up for my card. Gave up in the end.

    Signed the wife up for a new personalised leap card 2 weeks ago, got the card, went through the motions to set up auto top up (what a farce), got the code on my bank statement, inputted the code exactly as it showed on my statement and the code was rejected so many times it now won't let me enter it anymore.

    Contacted Leap about it but haven't heard a peep apart from the auto "we've received your email".

    Just wondering is this a known problem or what.

    The whole process and the leap system in general, from signing up, to using, to topping up, to navigating the site, holy crap its a bag of crap
