2014 Ford Ranger DPF issue

    Hi All,

So I recently had my ranger go into limp mode and when I read the codes via my OBD ELM 327 I get the attached codes.

I removed my DPF and brought it to a local Dpf cleaning centre and it came back as good as new.

I also replaced the exhaust sensor in the Dpf centre.

I removed the vaporiser and found it to be blocked, I cleared this and refitted it.

When I clear the codes with the OBD, it immediately goes back to limp mode and the same codes appear.

With accelerator fully pressed I'm not getting over 2500 rpm.

I can't force a regen as I don't have the elm lead for my laptop, I have it being delivered and I'll download forscan then.

Would anyone have any idea as to what the problem could still be ?

Does it need a regen before the codes completely clear?

I'm worried about putting it into a regen if there is some blockage still present which could cause a fire risk.

    Thanks in advance.
