Hi Folks, i'm sure this is a stupid question - however on either desktop or mobile view, how do I mark the entire form as 'read' - please? With regards, R75

Not possible on desktop. Can be (awkwardly) done on mobile - you need to be in the parent category of the one you want to mark read. So say you want to mark Feedback as read, you need to go to the parent category, which is "Help & Feedback". That will list the child categories, including Feedback, which have a cog beside them. Click the cog, then "Mark as Read".
