    Hello HKC experts.

When I was changing the battery I took the opportunity to default the I defaulted the HKC so that I could change the engineer code. The system is back up an running and I now have full access to all menus and have set the date+time and added new user and engineer codes. The sensors all seem to be working and I've cleared all faults. However, the alarm goes off during the countdown if I open a door or trigger the PIR sensor. I have confirmed the exit and entry timers are set to 30s and I've scrolled through all the menus but don't understand many of the settings as I can't find a manual for my system. What else do I need to change so I can get out before it arms?

If there's a PIR in the hall this need to have Access set to YES in zone attributes. You would probably want to elclude this zone for PGA for part set at night time.

That worked thanks 👌 I'll do some more testing but it looks like we're back up and running ...
