joist cts 400mm
couldn't get 25mm ply and could only get 22mm in chipboard so had to go with that
Sent the 18mm ply back to the shop
Would have preferred ply wood but the joiners were waiting

Building regs in NI are slightly different to here in Rep. of Ireland.
is that what you mean by NI in your original post?
whatbhas your certifying engineer/architect specified?

It's a different system they have in NI. All works are inspected by building control officers.
