Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Managing Agents for OMCs - any recommendations?

    Hi, I am one of the directors in an apartment owners management company in Dublin south city. We’re looking to appoint a new managing agent to look after our apartment complex, in particular an agent who is experienced in dealing with building defects.

    Is anyone on here having a very good experience with their current managing agent and could they recommend any company? Please PM me if possible with any recommendations. Thanks!
