It literally depends on what Division of Revenue you are dealt with. Put your PPSN into the contact locator and it will show you the address to send it to. You could also scan the documents and send it in via MyEnquiries to save yourself the hassle of posting.

You send it to your local tax office

you can find the address here by entering your PPS number (assuming you are PAYE only if not there is a link to the self assessed page as well.

    hi

I used to be self employed so annoyingly it wont give me the address and instead gives me an error

I am no longer self employed either so that doesnt work for me either

    thanks

You can actually just open a ticket through myaccount and upload it. Don't think I've see that in any official documentation but saw it posted by another user here last year, I did it and it worked out fine.

Just for anyone who is thinking of the way Revenue used to be years ago, there is no such thing as a local office anymore. You could be dealt with anywhere in the country. If you want to physically send something in the post use the contact locator in link below if you are a PAYE employee. But is much easier and faster to scan/take a picture of what you want to send and attach it to a MyEnquiries contact via your Revenue MyAccount. It's the equivalent of sending an email attachment securely.

Sorry to drag this up after being dormant for five days - I sent off my CG1 form last week and, like the OP, I found it incredibly difficult to actually find the address for where it needed to go. I did some searching online and from what I could gather I had to send it off to the Collector General's Division in Limerick (I live in Clare if that makes any difference). Does this mean I'm after sending it off to the wrong bloody place?

The Revenue website is a shambles. It took me forever to find any information on how to be registered for CGT and how to fill out the form properly.
