The show this week highlights, quite rightly in my humble view, the passing of Paddy Moloney. (Interestingly, one of the founding members of The Chieftains was a Tubridy. Not necessarily one of THE Tubridys, but there we are).

    Anywho.

"This Friday night's Late Late Show will pay tribute to the founder of The Chieftains Paddy Moloney, while Hollywood star Liam Neeson will also be making an appearance.

The show will remember Moloney, the Irish music giant whose death at the age of 83 was announced on Tuesday, through music, songs and stories."

Liam Neeson, a man with a very particular set of skills, also features.

"Actor Liam Neeson will be joining the show to talk about his most important role, as UNICEF's Goodwill Ambassador for the Get a Vaccine - Give a Vaccine campaign."

    As for this, meh...

"Angela Scanlon, host of RTÉ's hotly anticipated new Saturday night entertainment show Angela Scanlon’s Ask Me Anything, will be joining Ryan Tubridy for a chat."

Finally, our ever versatile host will be combining SPORT! and MISERY! this week...

"And in a rare television interview, Ireland and Munster rugby stalwart Keith Earls, the second-highest try-scorer in the Ireland jersey, will chat to Ryan about the reality of growing up in Moyross and his many physical and mental battles throughout his time in professional rugby."

    Enjoy!
