Spam notifications from google chrome

Over the last few days everytime i open google chrome i get about 20 notifications that norton has expired. I dont and never had norton on my laptop. Dont want to turn off notifications for chrome. Is there away to clear this spam out.

Could a mod move this to malware forum

Dont have Norton, i have AGV subscription which has stopped it. It looks false. once i open chrome i get 22 notification like below and its stops. Thought AGV would pick it up.

I had a similar problem in edge. It was just a website that had gained permission to post notifications. Go to 'settings' in web browser and then 'cookies and site permissions'. You should see captchafilter.top in there under 'site permissions'. Reset the permissions for it
