Philips 55PUS7805 Dolby Vision issue

    Hi folks,

    Just wondering have you heard about a Dolby Vision issue with Philips TVs at the moment? There's a thread on AV Forums (https://www.avforums.com/threads/55oled806-dolby-vision-software-bug.2375369/) - seems to be to do with latest software update from Philips. I've had a Chromecast hooked up since I bought my TV from you last year, but recently Dolby Vision has stopped switching on. Have you any contacts in Philips that might be able to advise? Thanks.

    Sorted with a firmware downgrade to previous version. If ye did have a contact in Philips it would be great if this could be raised with them so it can be fixed properly, especially for those who might not be comfortable downgrading. Thanks.

    Thanks for the heads up spongerobinson! I will pass this on to our service team to see if they can get the info to our Philips reps.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
