Aritech CS350 alarm panel wiring/pin diagram | non-Aritech keypads? (HKC)

Hi, I've searched but can't find any diagrams to show the voltage/signal from pins 12 to 15. I've managed to power a HKC remote keypad but get a remote comms failure (I guess there's a proprietary signal protocol involved?) I'd be grateful for any advice on pinouts and/or whether other branded keypads can be used.

You can't use a HKC keypad on an aritech alarm or vice versa.
