Looking for 4 way version of this

Do these fittings exist in 4-way? I need to join 4 pipes together as part of a septic field project. I see 3 way commonly available, but can't seem to find 4 way.

Can you join 2?

Is that for the leech field? I'm not sure that would work very well even if you could get it.

Isn't that normally done with basic PVC pipe, similar to this article?

it's for the 'bottom end' of the leach field. If you think of a leach field as a fork, with the d-box as the handle and the tines as the perforated pipes, what's complicated things for us is that the engineer's insisted that we join the tines with a solid (not perforated) pipe, basically across the tines. At the 'inner' joins we'd need something like a 4 way tee. I suppose joining 2 of them is the best answer, thanks for that. It's really annoying we need to join them at all. At the end of each of the perforated pipe will be a 90 deg tee pointing up which is where the vent caps go.

Another question: This is a 110mm PVC 4 way (from Tanksdirect). Could you attach the septic field pipes to that? Glue? Or some other way? It's not flanged like the pipe or elbows are.
