Request? Of course. Force them to? No. If you're not happy with their services, you're free to go elsewhere

I know i cant force them and im well aware i can go elsewhere. Just wanted to know would i have any right in asking them in the first place.

Yes, and it's a common request, and won't elicit any surprise or reluctance.
It will cost more, though, since you'll have to pay not just for the consultation and discussion at which oral advice is given, but for the further time involved in drafting and settling the written advice.
