Wire connection to a Triton 90SI

I was about to replace a Triton T90SI for a new Triton T90SR when I noticed the earth wiring looked weird.

At closer inspection, I've my doubts how to proceed here. I know what cables are Live and Neutral. The second blue in theory should be yellow/green and should be earth.

Looking at the photo, I'm not sure how to proceed. I thought this would be a straight swap, but this wiring made me stop and think twice.

Full disclosure, I'm not a professional electrician but I know my way around.
