Sony HT-A9 and Sub

Hi, I'm intrigued by the new HT-A9 system as I have wanted a good surround sound set-up for a while now, but our room design doesn't lend itself well to most speaker layouts.

I could make the 4 speaker setup work I think, if it actually does all the things Sony is claiming in terms of calibrating to somewhat non-ideal placements.

Just wondering if you could do any kind of bundle deal on the HT-A9s and the SA-SW5 or SA-SW3 subs?

I prefer the size and (price!) of the smaller Sub, but is it good enough or would the bigger Sub be the right choice?

I haven't heard the HT-A9 system up and running yet but I've been hearing good things! We have a deal with £150 off the SASW5 at the moment when you buy It with the HT-A9.

When it comes to the size of the subwoofer it really depends on the size of the room. I'd use the SA-SW5 in a larger room but with a larger bass driver you'd still get a wider frequency range even if you don't run it at high volumes!

At the moment we are still awaiting on an ETA on the HT-A9 coming back into stock.

The £150 off deal is still running. Its planned to run until the end of December.

I'll keep my eye out for an ETA and post up here any details I get.

I've checked again and still no ETA unfortunately.

Stock at the moment is a bit of a nightmare with the chip shortages and general slow down in production world wide.

At the moment we have several customers with pre orders on these for when more stock lands.

If you are set on bagging one it might be a good idea to get on our list as when stock does become available these orders will get the stock in order of date placed.

We can place a no obligation order onto our system so that you would be placed in the queue.

Looks like this is available online in the UK now, however import costs are too much! Surely this will be available within the EU soon, so we can order without import charges in Ireland!

If you order from ourselves there are no import charges for delivery to ROI. You would only pay the advertised web price!

We have now only the one HT-A9 left in stock. We had a good few orders to clear through so most of the stock has already sold.

It is currently priced at £1799 with free shipping.

Delivery would be next day shipping via DPD.

Many thanks for the order :)

Due to how expensive the product is we are going to use our specialist courier for shipping. They will collect the product from us on Thursday morning and then once its back at their sorting depot they will drop you a text with the delivery details.

On Friday I will then get in touch with them and pin point which day you will have it.

If there are any issues at all please let me know.
