Alternative to Google/Bing as a search engine?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good alternative to these two search engines. I'm really tired of getting nothing but paid advertisements and fake reviews and SEO optomised marketing everytime I look for anything on the internet

I'll give it a go. It's hard to know who to trust when these review sites are mostly just farming clicks or paid by companies to promote their own product
