Walker saorview box remote not working

Hi my remote stopped working on my walker saorview box bought a new remote still not working. 3 buttons on the front of the box itself are working.anyone any solutions? Thanks

Any way with using the buttons on the box, to enter the Settings menu and do a factory reset?
Worked for me in the past on a Walker when some of the remote button functions didn't work
