Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tiling new build bathrooms

    Hello all.

    I've moved into a new house. The bathroom floors do not come tiled. The toilets and wash basins are on wooden blocks. Picture attached. Should a tiler tile around them or does the toilet etc need to be removed to tile the floors? If they have to be removed it doesn't make sense to me as it adds unnecessary work. Any insights welcome. Thanks.

    The plywood is left there to replicate been tiled.

    so when tiled underneath, it won’t affect the plumbing connections.

    remove Toilet & tile underneath.

    straight forward to do as the water feed to cistern should have isolator valve on it.
