Eflow customer service is a joke

    This is ridiculous. I updated my Credit card details 2 months ago but Eflow did not update their database so my account was suspended. I could see where they had retained the old expiry date. I paid last months bill and despite many email, Facebook posts and a phone call to Eflow, where I waited on hold for 40 minutes, I did not get to speak to ANYONE. So this morning I wake to a message saying my account is suspended, AGAIN. NO customer service from you lot. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

    Try to update through an online account again and see if it works. Try to call them off peak times: particularly Sunday isn't busy or weekday after 7pm.
